(WBTV) - A man accused of threatening to shoot up downtown Lincolnton on Tuesday, causing city buildings to enter a precautionary lockdown, was arrested and charged hours later, according to police. Jerrod Moore, 43, of Iron Station, North Carolina, was taken into custody on Tuesday, June 17 in connection with a “credible threat” made to downtown Lincolnton earlier the same day.
